30 Day Risk Free Trial

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in original condition
  • Return it with original packaging when possible
  • Provide your order number or purchase email

How To Start a Return

Email support@driveon.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • A photo if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

We reply within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

Banks and card providers may take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.

Damaged Or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
